Currently seeking : Project Manager / Estimator

Full-time Permanent position in project management & estimating.

Includes planning, budgeting, supervising and client liaison on contracted works, estimating, quoting & cost control.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong interpersonal skills, time management and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Experience in construction will be highly regarded.

The Role Involves:

Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors.

Obtaining quotes from suppliers and contractors within specified time frames.

Sourcing the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment.

Preparing and submitting quotations and assisting with bids for new contracts.

Assessing the risk levels associated with a project.

Coordinating processes and people throughout projects to manage costs and time frames.

It is understood that initially you will require time to become familiar with existing systems and processes in place.
